Numatic James JVP180 Vacuum Cleaner Reviews

My elderly mother's vacuum cleaner needed replacing for something which was much easier for her to use (she suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and has limited use of her hands)but without sacrificing too much on performance. The power-to-weight and noise ratio of the 'James' is very impressive and its simplicity in use has made it an excellent choice. I would aslo add that purchasedelivery from Cleanstore was quick and trouble-free.

I have previously owned a Henry vacuum cleaner so this is much the same, perhaps a little lighter. Excellent suction and useful tools. Hose and pipe give good coverage. Bag easy to change. Unit moves around floor easily. Suprisingly quiet when in use.

Having never owned one of the "Henry" family but heard a lot of good things about them and my previous vacumn cleaner giving up the ghost, I decided to give them a go. What a transformation! Powerful and was cleaning areas even more when I thought they were clean. Tools are amazing and "James' is lightweight and versatile. Great buy. Kids even dabble as it has the same name as Daddy.

James sucks hard. He's everything you could want in a hoover, and he's cute, too.

We chose James to replace our (premium brand) cordless vac. This may seem an odd idea to some, but we really needed a powerful vac that could fulfill the following criteria: 1. Be easy to move but have a large capacity 2. Effectively pick up dog hair from a variety of floor surfaces 3. Have a good selection of onboard accessories incl upholstery brush, crevice nozzle 4. Robust enough for daily use This little fellow is fantastic! Much more powerful than expected and has the option for a lower or higher suction which is great for different surfaces. He is also much quieter than previous vacs which is an added bonus. The onboard tools are exactly what we needed to reach under and behind larger pieces of furniture that cannot be moved, and the upholstery brush tool does a marvellous job without dragging or ruining the fabric. All in all James is a huge hit and despite his fun appearance, a cleaning powerhouse. Definitely recommend!

Great machine, very happy

I have tried a number of vacuum cleaners over the years including Dyson, electrolux and Miele. None of them have been as good as James - he's great! Excellent suction, great manoeuvrability, large dust bag, easy to clean filter. I would now never buy any other vacuum cleaner.
