The Right Choice
I chose very careful when buying a vacuum cleaner this time. The last two have been 'Stick type' (free standing rechargable cleaners), but have not come up to standard. The "James" is robust and sturdy ~ I have a dog and a (house) rabbit and it deals superbly with pet hair and loose sawdust on carpet furnishings. Easy to change and refil the dust bag, which also has a large capacity and it has a powerful suction with an excellent range of tools. Only one fault is (mine) did not come with an instruction booklet but just need common sense to get it ready for action! Great bit of kit! I can understand why builders use these :)

FITS THE BILL
My elderly mother's vacuum cleaner needed replacing for something which was much easier for her to use (she suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and has limited use of her hands)but without sacrificing too much on performance. The power-to-weight and noise ratio of the 'James' is very impressive and its simplicity in use has made it an excellent choice. I would aslo add that purchasedelivery from Cleanstore was quick and trouble-free.

James vacuum cleaner
I have previously owned a Henry vacuum cleaner so this is much the same, perhaps a little lighter. Excellent suction and useful tools. Hose and pipe give good coverage. Bag easy to change. Unit moves around floor easily. Suprisingly quiet when in use.

Amazing
Having never owned one of the "Henry" family but heard a lot of good things about them and my previous vacumn cleaner giving up the ghost, I decided to give them a go. What a transformation! Powerful and was cleaning areas even more when I thought they were clean. Tools are amazing and "James' is lightweight and versatile. Great buy. Kids even dabble as it has the same name as Daddy.
