Having owned a Karcher jet wash before which eventually packed up after several years of use, I expected to buy a Karcher again. However, when researching the right product I was impressed with the reviews of this Nilfisk product and decided to risk it despite my loyalty to Karcher. Firstly, I ordered it at 10:15 on 29th December when few businesses are working properly, but to my delight, it arrived at lunchtime the next day. Full marks to Cleanstore for quality of service. I have since used it on four separate occasions and am really impressed with the quality of the product. Once for cleaning out a blocked drain using the attachment that came as part of the package (which is what prompted the urgent purchase) and it did the job perfectly. I then used the drain cleaner again for flushing out some old pipe work (again worked as required), general cleaning of my car’s wheels and finally one of the jobs I will use it for more frequently, namely washing down a slippery stone garden path. Amazing power, easy to use and well designed overall. The final reason I am so happy with my choice is the ease of storage of the hose and wand - Nilfisk have designed ann excellent product that has exceeded my expectations. From my personal experience, I can highly recommend it, it is a great bit of kit. Thank you Cleanstore. (No reliability score simply because I have not had it for long enough.)

Really powerful washer. Cleaned our block paving and slabs with ease. Even blasts out weeds and moss. We sold our Karcher because it was so weak it couldn’t even clean a car. This is an amazing versatile piece of kit, and well worth the price.

Let's get the negatives out of the way first. The instructions in the box are absolutely hopeless. Fortunately, everything is fairly obvious and putting the kit together wasn't difficult. Having said that, some might struggle and CleanStore could gain some brownie points by producing their own instruction leaflet...especially around use of attachments like the foamer. Everything else is brilliant.The machine is really simple to use and powerful enough for the toughest jobs. The hose reel works well...something I was determined to get right after the kinking of cheaper hoses.... nevertheless, even this hose has a tendency to curl....but not really a problem. Settling on this machine required several phone calls to Cleanstore while I though the thing through. The staff there were patient and really helpful. The order placed on Sunday was delivered by DHL Tuesday morning. Absolutely great service.

I have previously always used Karcher pressure washers - never again! Their quality has gone down and the cost has only gone up. This Nilfisk is an excellent piece of kit. Very well constructed. Easily moveable, extra long hose that doesn't kink and twist with the reel facility it adds to the ease of use and tidies away without the usual fight as with a karcher hose. Nozzles are easy to interchange and the gun attaches and detaches from the hose with ease, unlike the last new archer I had (and returned) once the hose was attached on that it was impossible to remove. The patio cleaning head attaches with ease and the long shaft on the gun means you don't get back ache stooping whilst cleaning as you do with the Karcher. The guntrigger mechanism rotates 360 degrees in the shaft with is a nice touch too. Although it is far better priced than a karcher equivalent it is still quite expensive. So 4 stars there. As for reliability also 4 stars but I haven't had it long enough to say more. Great that it comes with the drain cleaning hose which I need but have not used yet.I have also bought the inlet hose and a filter so that collected water can be used which I have used and is spot on. Also this facility was not on the more expensive karcher. Well done Nilfisk this is a joy to use.

Good quality product, simple to get going once all the bits are out of the box. Much quieter than my last machine and the flexible hose is a god send.

Only just bought this so can’t comment properly yet, great service and quick delivery, we’ll packaged, simple to set up and get working, only done a wee test blast with it and initial thoughts are good does what it says.

Excellent pressure washer, the only issue is that this did not come with a textile hose, it is more the standard rubber PU type, but works just as well.

Great product and great service from Cleanstore customer service. Had to call them as the Free hose kit wasn't included. Those components (which aren't part of the pressure washer - just a free offer) arrived a few days later. However, I did use the pressure washer for the first time on Saturday and everything but the bottle holder and its fixing screws was in the box. As this isn't an essential part of the equipment, it was still disappointing and made me paranoid that this was a used item repackaged. I'm sure it's probably just an oversight on Nilfisk's part. Aside form that, really happy so far. Reliability has five stars but I've only used the washer once so can't really justify this at the moment. Totally happy with Cleanstore though, and the Nilfisk washer semms a great piece of kit, well made and powerful.

Cleaned block paving up like new had the e130 washer before this was more powerful

Bought this to replace a powerful petrol washer which had become too cumbersome and heavy for me. Carried out a fair bit of research before settling for this one. Was not expecting it to be as good or as powerful as the one it replaced but in fact it is just as good! Really pleased with the performance it has brought my patio up like new. Not too heavy, easy to manoeuvre and to use and everything packs away so easily. Absolutely delighted. Speedy delivery and excellent customer service

Great Powerful product but instructions could be a little clearer. Too many languages but not enough detail.

Bought to replace a Karcher product which had ongoing seal issues. It came recommended from other Karcher converts as more long term reliable. Too early to say but looks well made. Very powerful, works well with snow foam canister. Really useful feature is the hose reel to stop long hose being tangled and quick to tidy up and put away. You can also easily swop lances and attachments without drenching yourself or turning it all off due to excess pressure (as per my Karcher). The long hose reel means you keep it dry and cleaner as you leave it further away from your work area. A great investment.

Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, delivered Tuesday lunchtime. Excellent service and product well packaged. A good solid product, not a cheap lightweight, and competitively priced. Patio cleaning was excellent and lots of other jobs made easy. One word of warning but not a machine fault. Down to operator. Patio brush is static and scrubs well. Two high pressure jets rotate within the brush (action is a like that of a rotary lawn mower). My flagstones are “grouted” with loose gravel and running over the gaps flings the gravel around both inside and outside and could damage the equipment. I used the reciprocating jet nozzle instead and got an excellent result. Very pleased with what I bought. Reason for the 4 Overall score is my one criticism. The assembly, operating instructions another paperwork appear to be constant copying of copies and are faint, blurred and virtually illegible. A great pity.
