I thought it was a soft head as described as ‘finest’ sadly it is hard so no good to me

Hill brush finest medium sweeping broom(305mm)
Best brush on the market,well made just like they were a few years ago before brush making became cheapened
I give this brush a full 5stars, well deserved. Thank you.
