Faultless customer service
Ordered another of these brooms as I have found them second to none for my use as a yard brush for the feed storeroom.
However the initial delivery courier was useless, lost the package somewhere in the mire. When I contacted customer service they were extremely helpful and sent another one out via DHL which arrived next day. I just wish the other delivery company could be as proficient(and I'm not expecting next day delivery but just to arrive in the time schedule.Well done customer service, you saved the day and I hope you got the missing package returned.

I thought it was a soft head as described as ‘finest’ sadly it is hard so no good to me

Best brush on the market,well made just like they were a few years ago before brush making became cheapened
