This Henry Xtra was brought to clean the dinning room and lounge of our Guest House it was so good that I brought another one for the rooms. We already had a Henry but the Xtra is sooooo much better.

It has taken a long time to pluck up the courage to buy Henry Xtra to complement the upright Dyson that my husband loves but what a wise one it was! The service from Cleanstore second to none, it arrived faster than I could buy in my own locality!! The cleaning power of this machine that has tackled years of dust and dog hair (I've had a good spring clean in an old coal fired house) has been amazing. I'm smitten - thanks. Will be purchasing on soon for my son!

For some time I was put off buying a Henry product by the silly 'face' on the object - but I was given an old one which had been subject to heavy use, and I was impressed by its suction power - much better than the well-known Dyson I had. I bought this one, which has a special carpet cleaning tool, and I was even more impressed. I still don't like the silly 'face', but this apart it is a very good cleaning tool.

Numatic Henry Xtra HVX200A I’ve had Henry Hoover years ago, having passed it down to a member of family, and it is still going strong! Made the mistake of buying a dyson, which lost suction, was heavy, and finally blew up! Why didn’t I just stick with Henry…? This machine is powerful, and picks up my English springer spaniel hairs with ease. Easy to use, and comes with various attachments for every surface. Excellent customer service from Cleanstore, and will be recommending them to my friends.

This is my very 1st Henry and he is most welcome. I have the usual dogcat hairs which he deals with with ease, I don't have stairs but the very long hose lets me use just one socket - better than my old dyson, which used at least two. This Henry came with the airbrush which is just brillant, it just wizzers along, reminds me of them push cars the kids used to play with,brings a smile to my face every time. I haven't had him very long, but so far so good. I will certainly be recommending him to all my friends. Go on give him a home, he'll bring a smile to your face when doing the routine cleaning.

Had a Henry standard years ago and loved it but ended up joining the fad of Dyson users having been gifted one. 1st Dyson was OK but 2nd one had loads of suction problems and I should have given up on it ages ago....Have just moved and decided would replace upright with smaller model for understairs cupboard. Fits perfectly. Have opted for Henry Xtra as have pets and had forgotten how mobile and easy it was to use. Now, cleanstore, not tried and tested never heard of them before just googled the product and went with cheapest supplier. Free delivery and ordered on Tues night and it arrived Thursday PM, very pleased with service and cost as saved over £80 I reckon on high street price and no vat to pay. Brilliant. Overall would definately use again and recommend Cleanstore to anyone.

I gave Ease of use and Reliability less only because I found it awkward carring up stairs, although the extra long hose reaches most of them. This is my first Henry so i don't know if it is reliable but I do have friends and family who all say 5 star plus reliability. Cleanstore were selling Henry's cheeper than anywhere else and I found them wonderfully helpful and I recieved my Henry in less than 24hrs Thank You Cleanstore.

I haven't had my new Henry Xtra for long enough to be able to rate reliability, but in every other way it is a joy. I have been battling with a Dyson which cost twice as much as Henry and is the most appalling machine - we had to wear ear defenders for a start otherwise we were in serious danger of damaging our hearing. I will never ever go near a Dyson again. I have the extra long hose with Henry which means that you can do the whole stairs without having to move the machine and the suction is not impaired at all. As I said, a joy.

I have had six Dysons over many years. However a friend recommended Henry.I am so pleased she did. Neeedless to say I have now been totally converted. The suction on Henry is really strong and so easy to empty, with no mess, unlike the Dyson, (dust everywhere).Once I had used the pipes a few times they became easier to slide into each other. Plus as mentioned by other reviews, his little smiling face is a lift to cheer you up. The service from Clean store was Brilliant too! Will buy another Henry in the near future from them definelty.

buy this henry extra with airbrush.this has picked up cat hair.we have a long haired cat that sheds its fur for fun.anyone who has a pet knows what a nightmare this is when hoovering.even with the basic brush on low power henry is a match for any other hoover ive used over the years including the dysons.put on the airbrush on low power or high power and you have the meanest vacuum cleaner on the market.i have put the plug into the socket in the hallway and cleaned every room in the house without having to unplug it to do the upstairs.cant praise enough comes with 2 year warrant not standard one year.quite a few owners of henrys have reviewed that they have had theres for anywhere between 5 and believe it or not twenty years. i know quite a few tradesmen who use henrys and also a lot of businesses use them.enough said.

I have been used to an upright cleaner, so I was a bit unsure about trying a Henry, but I must say how good it is, lots of power when needed, and all the tools for whatever you need to clean. I am glad I went for the Henry Extra as the Airo Brush makes cleaning the carpets very easy.

This little vacuum is to replace my heavy Dyson and it has been living up to its "Spec". Its quiet , easily moved around and leaves the carpets looking well groomed. My only problem is that I find it difficult to connect the tubes but I think this will get better with use.
