Great hoover, had a Dyson before for about 10 years but a Henry was recommended to us - had itg a few weeks, so far so good and seems to do the job.

The new and improved Henry is fantastic!! Love the new hard floor head works so much better than the combination one a real step forward for Numatic.

We've had our Henry for five years: its a fantastic little cleaner, very reliable and efficient and very easy to use. We have one at work which has been used every day for 7 years. What more can I say?!

Simple, rugged and reliable. By far the most practical vacuum cleaner I've owned. Far more reliable and effective at cleaning pet hair than the Dyson it replaced.

Works better than any other vac we have owned and is very simple to use. The rotating brush attachment is really good with human dog hairs Very happy with it

We've had Henry Xtra for 2 years he's having to work Very hard !! We have an Akita who loses fur at an incredible rate, which means we have to hoover at least once a day quite often twice a day his fur is very difficult to remove, the dyson 'animal' that we had didn't collect half the fur that Henry gets after 14 months the dyson cried enough died on us !! Henry is still going strong, after 2 years of hard work, so I'd recommend it to anyone that wants an easy to use, reliable effective vacuum cleaner.

Henry is a welcome addition to the household. Very robust, reliable and is equally at home doing the housework and the cars. Would recommend this product to everyone who wants a vacuum cleaner that works.

Ha been used to clean a Scottish castle for the last 3 years and does a good reliable job. Nice long cable and good suction.

Henry is used in a holiday home and was worth every penny so far.

This is the second Henry Extra W have bought, this time for our holiday home (hopefully about to be rented out) The Henry cleaner is the best available, far better than Dyson etc and the added turbo brush is a boon on carpets etc when you have a dog. The new Henry comes with an additional head for smooth floors, not sure why as the old one worked well The new one is apparently more efficient whilst also having a better motor. Cleanstore are efficient in their supply and the best price around for this product.

I'm really thrilled with this hoover, I heard that Henry hoover's are reliable and last for many years so decided to purchase from cleanstore, best deal I could find on-line and their delivery was excellent also. Great little hoover with 3 different cleaning heads.

Henry Extra is so easy to use on all types of floor surface. It has proved to be far better than all the other cleaners I have struggled to use over the years. It follows me around on its long lead and the turbo brush efficiently picks up dog hairs at moulting time.

This is a fantastic product with no frills or fancy whistles. After years of being frustrated with so called leading market brands which all lost their suction within months of purchase, it occurred to me Henry was a brand used in cleaning my church hall, and used by many cleaning firms so there had to be something about it that appealed. This prompted me to go for this and its very first use left me with a satisfied smile. I've no regrets whatsoever with it.

henrys have always been a great vacum cleaner. the turbo brush just makes this machine better so easy to push.Power and suction great.

I cant believe how rubbish my old vacuum cleaner is compared to my new Henry Xtra, the power of this machine is just incredible. I have a dog and its excellent at picking up dog hair, the house has never looked so clean. I have never bought a Henry before, going for the bagless type, but my daughter bought a Henry and I could see how well they cleaned. Really pleased.

Henry has got it right which is why he has a smile on his face. Simple and quick to assemble - did it myself, middle-aged lady I usually have to ask for help with new products. I cleaned the whole house in a matter of minutes as the lead is so long. It looks as though it has been spring-cleaned as it lifted so much dirt. The power is excellent as it has variations, the suck is fantastic, the weight not too bad but easy to carry anyway. My stairs are longer than average but was easily cleaned in one go without having to unplug and carry up. Like many others I have bought Dysons before but been disappointed with their durability. It's early days to tell what Henry will be like but all my friends who have one have never had to buy another vacuum cleaner yet I have been replacing mine roughly every 4 years. My son-in-law is a builder and he swears by his for cleaning up rubble and heavy duty dirt. As it has a bag, it is much healthier to empty, rather than having to get your fingers in to make sure it all comes out. My only wish is that the metal tubes fitted together with a screw mechanism as to begin with, the bits kept falling apart. However, a stronger person pushed them in hard for me and now I don't have a problem. Everyone tells me I'll be talking to Henry as he has such a lovely face and it's great to see a "man" doing the cleaning. I bought the version with the turbo head and have been very pleased.
