This is a great steam mop. Easily cleans different surfaces with ease. I also like that you can use water without using an additional cleaning agent. I'm happy with my purchase.

Have only used this a couple of times but I really like it. It heats up quickly and is really effective. It has different settings for different floor types and is easy to change. It is slightly heavy to push around and the cable is slightly restrictive for me so I have to plug in a few different places to reach everywhere I need to but overall I am really pleased with it.

Very pleased, seems a lot stronger than other steam mops I’ve had, very easy to use.
