Hill Brush Finest Stiff General Purpose Brush (263mm) Reviews

I ordered a replacement brush for an identical version which I'd had for many years which had worn out. I searched a number of suppliers online before choosing Cleanstore based on the quality of their website and the price of the product which was significantly cheaper than other suppliers. The brush was exactly as expected but what really stood out was the speed and quality of the customer service.I received an immediate confirmation of the order, quickly followed by despatch and delivery information. On the day of delivery I recieved confirmation from the courier that the package had been daamaged beyond repair.I contacted Cleanstore straight away and, without any quibble at all, they dispatched an immediate replacement which arrived via a different courier 24 hous later. Within the same time frame I also received updated documentation. This is the the kind of customer service I would like see as standard in everyday life but sadly it's quite rare these days. Great company - would strongly recommend.
