Great product for the price, I have only used it 4 or 5 times hence the 4 stars for reliability... time will tell. It heats up quickly, gets the creases out very well with some wetting of the fabric in places but that's not a problem for me as I always prepare stuff in advance so by the time I use the garments they are dry crease free. Filling the water reservoir is simple enough.

Fantastic machine, so quick to get started is saving us from having to dry clean my husbands suits. Really happy with the steamer quick delivery too - thank you.
