The lawnmower was delivered promptly but unfortunately the handle could not be secured to the deck. I discovered that an incorrect part had been fitted. Eventually the mower was replaced and I am happy with it's quality and performance. The customer service staff at Cleanstore were excellent throughout in sorting the problem.

Only bought this electric lawnmower a couple of weeks ago so can't rate reliability but so far exceeded expectations A fuii hour on one charge Light, manoeuvrable and efficient
