These are excellent vacuum cleaners! Years ago I had an Electrolux (expensive) cylinder with a powered head which I loved but couldn't get parts for it after a while - and the hose was its (very) weak point. So far the Henry is every bit as good as the old Electrolux - with the benefits of a cylinder cleaner and the beating power on carpets etc of a good upright. The powered head is surrisingly light but well designed with an easy-to-remove roller brush. Time will tell how long the hose and powered head will last but so far so good. Hope that helps!
