An excellent, well designed and manufactured product at an unbeatable price. Ordered the hoover at 2pm yesterday and it was delivered at 11.30am this morning (standard delivery.) Cannot fault this product or the service from Clean Store and would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased this product for my Son Daughter-in-law as a late Christmas present.They have a 18month Springer Spaniel and found that the previous vacuum cleaner wasn't picking her hairs up as expected. They are very pleased with the performance of this one and have said that it is a definite improvement on their last cleaner.

Wife is so happy with this , low noise level as well allows me too watch the footy without disruption great for car too ...

A very easy site to use and navigate. Reviews on there were a great help. Henry Extra arrived the next day. An email was sent to confirm the order and then the despatch. A text was also sent to my phone. The product arrived as scheduled. I am really pleased with the Henry Extra. It is very easy to use with a long retractable cable. The suction is excellent but it is also very quiet! I have a dog and the product does exactly as it says "removes pet hairs". Excellent! I had a Dyson previously so I was very sceptical and didnt think the Henry would match it...but it has! I would def recommend the Henry Extra and the service from Cleanstore was second to none!

Bought this for my daughter for xmas. She has used one at work and just loves it. The Henry is so versatile and easy to use for all ages. Cleanstore were just so fast with the delivery too. Brilliant and Thankyou.

bought this as a rubbish vax i bought gave up the ghost, my folks have one and i should have followed there lead along time ago. the price from cleanstore cannot be bettered and there delivery was super speedy, cheers cleanstore As for the henry it really picks up the dust and fluff and hair. superb

The sunction of the cleaner is terrific and the long electric cable is brilliant as I only have to plug it in in one place.

Bought my 1st Henry in 2011, after previously owning six dysons over many years,hated the emptying of them. I was so impressed with Henry that due to the fact my partner is renovating our property and making more than his fair share of mess. I decided to buy another one, the comercial Numatic Henry. I have found the pair of them invaluable. They make life much more bearable when hoovering up plaster and brick dust, especially as it is so easy to remove the bag to dispose of the debris. Mind you, in return I take good care of them both, by changing their bags regularly and giving them a wipe down. Henry the 1st gets the worst of the mess to deal with whilst Henry the 2nd is used for the general cleaning of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend a Henry to everyone. I also want to praise the cleanstore for their prompt service every time.

Recommended to me by a professional cleaning company. Many hotels seem to use Henry too. Only used it once so far, but very easy to use, very well made. It did the job, and has loads of tools for all eventualities. I really like how the cable winds back into the body.

The Henry is a great product for industrial use, the aero head makes the clean even better.

A Henry is a Henry - have had one before and would buy one again, they're great. But the service from Cleanstore is just something that has to be talked about. Order sent in late afternoon Thursday, had contact within a couple of hours to say it was on its way, then another to say it would be there next day - and it was! Just can't get over the amazingly fast service!

This is our third hoover in less than 2 years. We were at the point of desperation, wondering if we would ever find a hoover that actually did its job consistently. Our two previous hoovers suffered a variety of problems, but then, after recommendation, Henry came along and we have found a lifelong friend. We are already impressed with its ability to suck cat hair, fluff and general bits up, even though we were sceptical of the fact that it was a bagged hoover. We needn't have been sceptical as Henry has been an excellent find. We have yet to discover what all of the attachments do and the only small negative is that the instruction manual doesn't give any idea as to what these attachments are for! If that is the only negative, though, then we've done well.

Henry you are my saviour, with 2 cats, a business to run and a 6 month old baby, I have alot of pet hair and very little time to be hoovering the same spot of carpet over and over to get the cat hairs out...but there was no need with Henry. The suction is very powerful, the tools are excellent, I got the job done in half the time I would have with the Dyson and all while the baby was sleeping so quiet too! Ladies buy a Henry and stop wasting your lives hoovering with inadequate hoovers..there is more to life...but if you have to hoover...hoover with Henry! Fab!

Henry made light work or my sons German Shepered hair, henry is also very quiet even the kittens were not bothered by Henry. Wish I had purchased Henry years ago. Henry was amazing I am telling all my friends about him.

have had a hoover vacuum cleaner before-paid £70-half price from sainsburys.previously had a henry for years but it blew up.thought the hoover would be just as good,but missed the long handle and hose and very long lead!this henry is ace! picks up pet hairs like a treat! don't think i will buy another make again.hooray for henry!!!

Excellent product. Much better than flimsy vax which did not even last 12 months (coming from someone who looks after things really well).. now Peace of mind for good few years.
