After many years of my wife buying model after model of that famous vacuum brand that for some strange reason everyone seems to love I decided we needed a decent vacuum cleaner for a change. Could I be more pleased with my purchase? Absolutely not! What a fab product and more suction than all my wife's purchases put together. Super speedy efficient service from Cleanstore too. Well where does one start absolutely great, we have tried Dyson and other top make to hoover our high pile carpet and they just could not get it clean' the suction was below par. then we got the hoover Xtra it cleaned with ease great job looked like new. Recommend this to anyone just great.

stunning hover, I have several dogs who all shed a lot and every bagless hover I have ever had has not managed to keep up or pick up even half as well as the amazing henry, yes you do have to change the bag but you don't have to clean the filter every five seconds like bag less which is amazing. and I can do my whole 2 story house without ever having to unplug, such a long cord and so easy to tidy away.

This is an excellent product and very simple to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small powerful cylinder cleaner.

My last Henry Extra had broken and after much deliberation and looking at Mile and other brands, I decided to get another Henry. Very similar on the outside, although the floor cleaning brush has been revamped. It has an integral roller that takes a little getting used to. Not sure if it's an improvement over the old one, and that's the only reason I subtracted a star on the ease of use. But it picks up the dirt once you get used to it. The suction wattage has been taken down in line with EU requirements. Don't be discouraged however. Internal design improvements mean the Henry has better suction than ever. I now use it on the low power setting and the suction is still powerful enough to lift rugs and mats! Very impressed with it's cleaning ability. With the long cord it's reach is still class leading. Glad I stuck with the Henry. If you're upgrading, you won't be disappointed. If you're buying new, forget Dyson and it's ilk. Henry is still one of the best in terms of performance and value for money.

Should have brought this year's ago, My last one is only a year old and it never sucked up like this one when it was new.

I previously owned a Dyson and was intending to purchase another, however the cost was a factor for me look around and consider other options. I considered all reviews for many vacuum cleaners and The Henry Hoover had great reviews at a great price. I must say I have not been disappointed, the suction is great, very easy to use, lots of tool attachments and all at a great price. It is not bagless, but there are 4 included which should last me a long time.

Henry Xtra is very powerful and efficient. Long cable, easy to wind away. Quieter than our previous vacuum. Carpet tool and wooden floor tool both work well. Very impressed.

What a joy to use Henry! We have a Labrador who loses lots of hair and from the first use I knew this was an amazing addition to our household. Great suction, easy to pull round a bungalow and made the carpets look like they had been professionally cleaned. The pile is pulled upwards and all the hidden dust particles are sucked right up. I have used them before in a retail store and just wish I had bought one for the home before now. Excellent price and distribution - it was delivered free in 48 hours. This product comes highly recommended and I will add my name to that list.

Yet again Henry does the job. This time for my daughter's new house. This big brother to our old and much used Henry here at home was purchased to deal with the extensive wooden flooring in the newly refurbished house and appears to be doing the job, when my daughter exerts herself to put him into use.

Forgot how good this machine was had one about 13 years ago but bought dysons ever since but now seems that the dysons are not as good as they use to be think Henry is better than them without a doubt

Arrrived when they said it would, the 2 different heads are brilliant for carpet and lino and are great for picking up animal hair, easy to use and a lot quieter than an upright vacuum cleaner. Would thoroughly recommend this product 1010.

Had a vax, dyson and G-wiz in the past and this beats them all especially when it comes to pet hairs on tiled floors.

have had a dyson and found it poor in conparason to this machine, wish we had bought it years ago what a pleasure to used.

I have just used this Hoover once but it wasn't as nosey as expecting and I only used the normal head not the one for pets hairs and it picked up really well I can't comment on reliability as just got it but so far so good

Perfect iv had a Dyson previosu wasn't to impressed for the amount of money but I have to say this henry is amazing picks everything up. Best hoover iv had in a long time . Brilliant for money would reccomend . Dog hair no trouble for this hoover
