“With regard to the above mentioned order for a Karcher Washer and T Racer.

The original washer forwarded to me was faulty and returned to you for replacement. I recieved the replacement today( Wednesday 16th April ) whch was three working days following my conversation with you.

I am sending this to thank you for the courteous manner and the prompt attention given with regard to this matter. The whole transaction was easy and the replacement sent promptly and with no quibbles even though I am aware that the fault didn't lie with your company.

I would certainly reccommend you to anyone seeking the type of equipment with which you deal

Its taken me about three hours to clean 2 patio areas that would have taken me about a week to do with my old washer.

“Just a quick line to thank you for your help in providing a Numatic "George"
3 in 1 vacuum cleaner.

You will remember that I rang you yesterday to order this, having had problems
with the other firm (Vacuum Cleaners 4U) from whom I had ordered the item
online 11 days previously. Their promise was delivery normally between 2
to 5 working days, and emails to keep me informed of the status of the order.
Payment of £149 was debited from my bank account on the following working
day, but, despite several attempts by me to check the status I had received
NO information.

I rang you at about 4.00pm yesterday, having cancelled my previous order.
The sale was arranged and you promised to ring me back later with the Parcel
Force Tracking Reference Number .....and DID! The cleaner arrived at about
10.30am today. My wife and I were out, so the deliverer sensibly left it
with our next door neighbour.Had he taken it back to depot for me to collect
it, I would have had a round trip of about 20 miles (V C 4U had said that
this was not possible for security reasons because a signature was needed.
(As far as I am aware, my neghbour CAN actually write.)

So thank you very much for the excellent service you provided. I shall certainly
be delighted to use Cleanstore for any further purchases, and to recommend
you to friends.

“After deciding on Sunday that i wanted to purchase a Henry, but not being sure which one was most suited to my needs, I have been very impressed with the service I have received.

There was somebody on hand to speak to straight away on the Sunday, and he was able to speak to me at some length about the various types of vacuum, and which one fitted the bill best! He obviously knew his subject!!

I then placed the order on Sunday evening, and it has just arrived (Tuesday morning).

I have been able to track my delivery, and even though I am at work, I know that Henry will be waiting for me when I get home... I wonder if he is good enough to have the kettle on!!

Many thanks for the help and assistance I have had, which has enabled me to make the right choice (and actually saved me money!)

I will recommend you, and I have no doubt that I shall be returing at some point.”
