Delivery Charges

Cleanstore have opted to use Parcel Force for the majority of our deliveries throughout the UK, Highlands and Islands. We have found that they offer the broadest range of service and can cope well with the demand of both home and business deliveries.

Standard Delivery

The normal service offered by Parcelforce is next working day, therefore normally all stock items that arrive by the internet, phone or fax before 3.00p.m will be dispatched for delivery the following day. Occasionally due to volume of work, especially after long weekends or holiday periods, it may take an extra day to be despatched. The cost of standard delivery (if charged, please check item) £5.95 (Zone A).

If any item is out of stock, it will be dispatched for next day delivery as soon as Cleanstore are restocked. If Cleanstore dispatch part of an order, Cleanstore will be liable for any further delivery charges to complete the order.

Timed Deliveries

In addition to the standard service we can offer an upgrade so that you can receive your parcel before noon, 10:00a.m or 9:00a.m.

Saturday Service

Should you require a Saturday drop this can be arranged for a £6.95 surcharge to the standard delivery charge. Saturday is available to Zone A only.

Track my Parcel

When your goods are dispatched an email will be forwarded to the logon mail address you supplied advising you of the tracking number and where you can track your parcel. You can then see at any point where you parcel Is during the delivery process.

And if you miss your delivery?

A card will be left and then you can arrange for re-delivery or to pick up your parcel from the local parcelforce counter, even on a Saturday morning.
