3. When do I have to log in?
To make online shopping safe and secure, you'll have to log in when you're submitting payment or personal details.

4. What is my username?
Usernames are you email address.

5. What is my password?
We cannot read your password, if you have forgotten, complete the forgotton password section on the site and you will me mailed a new one.

6. How can I pay for my order?
VISA, MasterCard or Switch/Maestro

7. Can I cancel or change an order?
If the order has left we may be able to stop the delivery, if it has not left us we will gladly cancel or change your order

8. How do I add to my order once I have submitted it?
Just place a new order. We will do our very best to attach to your other order

9. How do I return an item I have purchased?
Simply log into your account, select I wish to return a product from the options shown next to your order in the ‘My Orders’ section and fill in your preferred collection details.

10. Do I have to pay for returns?
This depends on the situation, our terms state that you have to, but this is down to the discretion of customer services.

11. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
Payment will be requested from the credit card company on the day of order to cover the costs of goods and delivery.
Methods of payment are as stated in the checkout area of the site.

12. Do I have to pay for delivery?
Some promotions allow for free delivery, otherwise carriage will be charged at a nominal rate. You can see this before completing the purchase

13. How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
5-7 working days (most deliveries are complete within 48hrs)

14. Can I specify a day or time for delivery?
At present the answer is no.

15. Do I have to sign for my parcel?
You or some on your behalf will need to sign for the order. We will not leave a parcel with someone under 18 years old.

16. What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
A note will be left, please contact us and we will make arrangements to re-deliver

17. Can I send my parcel to a different address?
Yes – please ensure you have completed the delivery address in your personal details section of the web site.

18. Can I have my items delivered to more than one address in the same order?
No, you will need to process separate orders

19. If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?
No - if something's out of stock we won't charge you any extra to deliver it when it comes back into stock.
