Use Nilfisk accessories on your karcher or Ava Pressure Washer
Expensive for a plastic fitting but does enable you to use any pre existing accessories from Nilfisk or Kew so you are buying what it does. Fits perfectly to my new Ava machine which uses karcher style connections

Perfect
Bought a cheaper one on Amazon and turned out to be a waste of money.
This product was a perfect adaptor for my attachments and would highly recommend and worth the money paid.
