Good response to lost delivery
Cleanstore review, not a product review.
Product dispatched but not received (Courier seemed to have 'lost it' in their system).
No quibble by Cleanstore, second product sent straight away and received.
Things go awry, that's business, how a supplier resolves the issue shows their quality. Cleanstore resolved the issue quickly.

Defunct Karcher Patio Cleaner saved from the Trash Bin
Having damaged the one nozzle when it came into contact with a brick and rendering it unusable. I was about to trash it and get a new replacement when I thought can I just replace the nozzles. Looked it up the Internet and found I could. Then made a search of usual E Bay Amazon etc. Found this package which contained the two grey nozzles plus other nozzles at a price which was overall cheaper than some on E Bay where there were only the two nozzles. Fitting was no problem once I got the broken piece base out of the figment where the top had sheared off. Matter of less than a minute to fit.
