Great product, easy to set up, quick heat up time, Wasn't expecting it to be as powerful as it it is and was quite shocked at first, but the inititial surprise then soon became a power crazed steam cleaning frenzy, searching aroung the house for anything that remotely needed blasting with my new toy! im so pleased I opted for a more powerful model rather than a steam mop and the fact that you can just top it up on the go rather than stopping to refill every so often is very useful. Highly recommended!
