Do all good things come in small packages?
Possibly a bit over-priced when compared with similar products from other manufacturers, but this offers a super-fast boiling time and the facility to add water 'on the fly' is particularly attractive. 5 stars for reliability is predictive - it's not been asked to do much. The procedure for switching it on and confirmingresetting the water hardness isn't intuitive, but nor is it overly burdensome once you've got used to it. Competitors' steam cleaners typically come with more tools as standard. So, while not everything that's good necessarily comes in a small package, this entry-level steam cleaner from Karcher qualifies.

used my daughters older model so impressed bought the newer model and found new head fits her old model so bought one for her

Excellent steam cleaner
Just used this product for the first time and I am delighted with the results,the bathroom tiles were done in minutes with very little effort.I then cleaned kitchen floor while I struggled a little bit putting the cloth on once I had it set up i am more than delighted with the results,I have and will recommend this product to family and friends
