Initial delivery from Cleanstore was quick reliable. Unfortunately the Karcher K5 was faulty. After I informed Cleanstore of this there were no quibbles they quickly arranged to have the machine collected from me a new machine was also sent in very good time. This machine is working well so far. I can honestly say that Cleanstore's customer service was friendly excellent I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Very please with it!! And it’s hard work to clean two motorcycles and a car with hand and arm. With jennys chemicals. Plus your chemicals too. I don’t have to go down on the ground to clean under my motorcycles. This k5 is perfect for the job. Blast from all angles is great and pressure settings sublime too. Thank you
