Speedy replacement
I ordered this item to help remove more stubborn stains on wood and stone. Unfortunately, the softer universal brush was sent in error. I contacted Cleanstore via email and within a few days the correct brush was sent out. Cannot fault the aftersales service provided by Cleanstore. Thanks

Handy alternative brush
This brush is a handy alternative as slightly courser then the original. Great for cleaning masonry and brickwork to remove algae and other stains.
