I brought this replacement as my previous lance got water in battery compartment or display stopped working so couldn't see what mode I was in, this product is a direct original genuine part and my karcher k7 is fully functional again

Perfect replacement handgun for my 2019 Karcher K7 Premium Full Control Plus. Difficult to find this model (Karcher suppliers told me it was out of stock in the UK). Called to check it was available and was the right handgun for my Karcher. Customer services were great in confirming both. Arrived quickly, set up was easy and it's already in use.
