Purchased a refurbished Ava Easy P57 pressure washer with an XL bundle. This was a good price but even better after it was price matched with the Black Friday price. The unit was well packaged but one accessory, the slim patio cleaner was missing. Customer service confirmed that accessory was unavailable so arranged for an alternative. Unfortunately the alternative was only for decking so spoke to customer service again and they arranged for an upgraded patio cleaner to be sent. Have used the washer twice and so far it’s been brilliant, easy to set up and use and the accessories are great. Big shout out to Jay in customer service who was great to deal with, very friendly and super helpful.
