Wonderful product. Does its work well. Length of hose is good. Pressure of water is excellent. My son is pleased with it. He said he loves Wasing his own car. Wow. I Would surely recommend it.

This product addresses the useability issues with a cheaper Karcher unit: The hose is very long, you aren't forced to use a lance, there are different spray patterns built in that are easy to switch between, the water inlet filter is easily accessible, the unit will remain firm and stable on the ground, there are convenient attachment points for accessories, the trigger does not cause fatigue in the hand, the hose is easy and quick to connect and disconnect, the water and power inlets are on the same side. On top of that, it comes with one of the best foam cannons you can find, has a solid extendable lance which counter-balances the high flow rate and makes patio cleaning more ergonomic, all manner of accessories and replacement parts are available on the Ava web site, and it is compatible with Karcher accessories. It is a bit more expensive than a Karcher unit of equivalent power but you would not get the above benefits. The stubby gun in this high flow rate model is a little weighty but I will get used to it. Overall this product is much easier to set up and use and the long-term manufacturer support is reassuring. I would be happy purchasing a refurbished model.

Absolutely fantastic bit of kit. I’d recommend anyone that is in the market for a new pressure washer to get yourself an Ava. Unbelievably powerful, easy to use and the snow foam gun is better than any I’ve ever purchased. These machines are next level, try one, you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t rate reliability as I haven’t owned it long enough so assumed the best and left five stars. I only use the washer for cleaning patios etc but as it came with a foam cannon I have also used it to clean the car. For both jobs it has been very impressive and more than powerful enough for me. I went for this model after watching loads of youtube videos and now agree the design and storage on this machine is light years ahead of my old Karcher. One small niggle which wouldn't stop me buying it again is that Ifind the handle to recoil the hose is a bit too stubby and as I am getting on a bit it’s harder than it should be to do the task. When I have time I will invent something to make it easier.
