This product is solid, reliable and delivers what it promises. The steam pressure is great and can be used all over my home. Also the multiple features , including a fantastic iron, make this a great all-rounder. My floors are now so clean and smooth and the carpets are crisp, walls and doors 'scrubbed', sinks and itilities are sparkling, and ironing is done much quicker and is very well pressed. I am so pleased with this German-built product that it is already a treasure to me - plus all that cleaning and bacteria reduction with just water! Super. And the deal that CleanStore offered was great, as was their over-the-phone advice.

HAVE HAD MY KARCHER STEAMER FOR 15 YEARS AND WAS DEVISTATED WHEN IT FINALLY PACKED IN LAST WEEK. WHAT A FIND TO HAVE THE NEW KARCHER SC1030 I COULD NOT BE WITHOUT THIS ESPECIALLY FOR IRONING.

So far so good, the iron is superb, light and easy to use, lots of steam. quiet in operation. I wanted a reliable steam iron, the steam cleaner is a bonus.

powerful unit easy to use with the bonus of a steam iron. Very good results from the iron. Could do with extra cloths but as a new user to this type of unit I am highly satisfied.

I bought the Karcher steamer after researching similar products. It generally came out the best. Plus, Karcher has a good reputation for making quality pressure cleaners. No problems so far. Good price from Cleanstore - and excellent, fast delivery.

Good reliable piece of kit

cant comment on reliability yet because its so new. I have in the past owned other cleaners costing around 40, Decided to try something more expensive and not dissapointed at all. The extention poles of many cleaners are flimsy and do break, this cleaner though has a sturdy set and that makes it much better when doing carpets etc. Steam power is great , heat times are good and they go for a good time before needing a refill. The iron is a bonus. We have an iron that cost the same as this whole kit so this unit is a bargain. extra parts for karcher are not cheap, i did get the window attachment and to be fair its good solid quality. all in all very good value and it does a fine job cleaning with just water would not put anyone off buying one.

This is a really great product, offering good value for money. If you have had a small diy steamer before, this will be a big step up and beware the steam is very very hot and under pressure!! It is easy to use, including the iron attachment. Bear in mind it is not a carpet 'cleaner', if you want that buy a carpet cleaner, but will lift light soiling on them. I wouldn't be without this piece of equipment, great service again from cleanstore

Initially I was suprised that it wasn't as solid as I had thought.However I am really pleased with the finished result. For best results I found you need to steam with the big attachment , then scrub , then steam again. I also used the mop to remove the dirt in betweeen . It sounds a lengthy process, but you can see the dirt lift off and it spurs you on (!)As written previously , you certainly need to buy extra cloths as it only comes with one.

I've bought this product with great expectations and I am pleased to say that the majority of them were greatly fulfilled. This is a very powerful piece of equipment and definitely does the job. I have even cleaned the venetian blinds in my bedroom without getting frustrated! The steamer reduces use of detergent to a minimum and the physical input in getting rid of stubborn dirt is much, much less. The only thing that I am not convinced about is its ability of carpet cleaning. Everything else (tiles, laminate floor, windows etc.) A+

Great little steam machine which is easy to use and is ready in under 10 minutes. The iron attachment is an excellant addition and I rate this machine very highly. As with all Karcher products, the build quality reliabilty are excellant.

I previously owned a Karcher Steamer and Iron which lasted for 14 years. I would highly recommend this product to anybody, it saves so much time and the steamer can be used for most things around the house thereby saving an absolute fortune in cleaning products.
