The only extra feature Karcher might consider is a water level indicator or warning light when it's getting low - otherwise it's an excellent machine (as is the Karcher jet wash I also bought from you).
The instructions are not too good, BUT those on the CleanStore website are excellent, as is the video.

I have just tried my new Karcher and it is excellent, the only problem was the dirt on my cloth. Can be stored away easily as all the attachments lock in and can be pushed away up a corner. I am very impressed with this product and would certainly recommend it.

A good product, doesn't need constant re-filling as tank holds a litre of water. The one criticism I would make is that I found the steam very wet until the water levels were lower then seemed to work much better and dryer.

This was bought as a replacement to a broken steamer. This one is by far superior but lacking in the useful little brushes etc. Really easy to use, compact and light. Have not found any other faults. The cleaning cloths were excellent value.

Bought as a gift for daughter , having used the same model for a year of spotless cleaning. Forget the bucket of water for cleaning just take this fabulous steamer around with you. Fantastic for all paintwork windows mirrors, carpet and all types of flooring. Great for bathroom cleaning and oven. Even gave the Christmas tree a spruce up with it. Cant fault clean store for price and speed of delivery delighted.

The steamer arrived promptly and in good condition. After reading the instructions I used the the steamer to clean our quarry tile entrance hall floor, the cork tiled bathroom floor and the quarry tiled kitchen floor. It was so quick and easy to use and really cleaned the tiles. When I emptied the boiler at the end, 0.5l of water came out. I would recommend it to anyone.....typical Karch quality!

Only one disadvantage is that one tank of water was enough for full clean of small bathroom from top to the bottom. So if you want to clean more than this you have to use more water than one tank. Overall very happy. Steam cleaner is really easy to use. Happy with the purchase. Highly recommend!

I HAVE ONLY USED THIS ITEM ONCE BUT HAVING JUST HAD THE 5 IN ONE MOP THAT LASTED LESS THAN A YEAR I FOUND THIS GREAT ON KITCHEN AND BATHROOM FLOORS. LOTS OF STEAM THAT YOU CAN ADJUST YOURSELF. ALSO USED THE SMALL BRUSH ON IT'S OWN WITHOUT THE COVER ON SPOT MARKS IN CARPET. IT GOT THEM ALL OUT.I CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR OTHER MOPS WITH THE PLASTIC SLIDE.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE I HAVE FOUND IS THE TERRY COVER FOR HEAD COULD DO WITH BEING A LITTLE THICKER. OVERALL GREAT PRODUCT.

Very good product for general use, my only areas of doubt are the length of hat up time and the cloths supplied with it (and indeed those you can purchase as extras) don't fit very well. Comparing with other machines purchased and subsequently thrown away this is the best of the lot and is very efective.

I bought this product to replace a very disappointing earlier experience with a steam cleaner not a Karcher. I have not used many times to date but was impressed by the way the product worked. The appliance fitted together well. The product felt solid and cleaned ceramic floors , tiles, baths etc with ease.. Cleanstore was a good experience. Product arrived within 3 days and price was cheaper than Amazon. Cannot comment on reliability as only just purchased but am overall very impressed

I had deliberated for some time on which steamer to buy. I had checked the price at Tesco, Argos and this store was the best price by far.I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use it with ease and with some trepidation ordered the steamer. It could not have been easier. Put the water in wait for the orange light to go out and off you go. As easy as that. It is lightweight but is very powerful.I was delighted with the range of tools and clothes that came with the product. I must have used it for hours on end. I used it on my tiled floors,windows, marble work tops. Brilliant on everything. It is so satisfying tp see the grease and grime just disappear. Possibly my best buy ever. Whats more it was delivered the day after ordering!!

After much searching and looking at reviews I ordered the Karcher1020 stean cleaner. It arrived very quickly and I found the set up very simple and quick. I have used it several times and it just gets better. The tank holds 1litre which lasts for a long time and it cleans everything. The mirrors and glass are gleaming in no time. I like the floor attachment and find the floor is damp rather than wet which is faster to dry. The added bonus of the free cleaning cloths meant a very good buy, very pleased and would recommend.

I had a Karcher Steamer years ago, I have finally got around to getting a new one and I am so annoyed with myself that I've left it so long. Its just a doddle to use and cleans literally anything and everything. Cleaning floors takes minutes !!!!!!!!!
