Cobra MX5604SPB 56cm B&S Petrol Lawn Mower (Self Propelled)

Every Cobra lawnmower has been expertly designed in the U.K to cater specifically for the changing conditions of the British lawn.

With exceptional performance and style, the Cobra MX5604SPB petrol 4-in-1 lawnmower is powered by a B&S 750EX Series engine and can either mulch, side / rear discharge or collect grass. This Cobra mower is self propelled with a reliable 4 speed gearbox.

The Briggs & Stratton 750EXiSeries engine is designed to deliver unprecedented reliability and performance. This series of engines offers reliable power & easy starting, establishing itself as the prefered choice of engine and is ideal to power Cobra lawnmowers.

The Cobra MX5604SPB petrol lawn mower comes equipped with a self propelled, 4 speed drive system, depending on user preference for added comfort and ease of operator use. The self propelled system takes all the effort out of pushing your lawnmower, meaning you can maintain your lawn with ease, even when mowing thick grass or cutting on an incline.

With a cutting width of 56cm / 22", the Cobra MX5604SPB also has 7 adjustable cutting heights ranging from 25mm for a superb low finish, up to 75mm for tackling longer grass. All this is achieved by simply using the single height of cut adjustment lever. Depending on the height of your grass, you can easily and efficiently adjust the cutting height to suit.

In addition to its robust, high quality steel deck & rotary cutting blade, the Cobra MX5604SPB is equipped with a 70ltr fabric grass bag, ideal for collecting large amounts of grass clippings before the need for emptying. The grass bag is made from a robust, high quality fabric & enables a strong free flow of air meaning that grass collection on this machine is even more compact and comprehensive.

The MX5604SPB lawnmower from Cobra comes equipped with a mulch plug attachement to enable you to mulch your grass clippings back into the lawn. Mulching lawnmowers recycle the grass by finely cutting and re-cutting the clippings. As the clippings decompose, nutrients and fertilisers are returned to the soil meaning you can cut the grass and fertilise at the same time.

If you don't want to collect your grass cuttings or your lawn has become overgrown, the MX5604SPB comes equipped with a side discharge function. Simply lift the side blanking plate and insert the side discharge chute. The grass will now be discharged in neat lines to the side of where you are mowing.

The Cobra MX5604SPB also features a front bumper for added protection & easier handling when moving or storing, as well as a folding handlebar making it easy to put away after use, saving precious space & ensuring safe, compact storage.

This Cobra machine is shipped without oil in the machine. Within the packaging there will be a sealed bottle of oil that must be decanted into your unit before the machine is started. Further information can be found in the operators manual. Please read this before starting. Failure to fill your machine with oil will result in a catastrophic failure that will not be covered under warranty.

New E10 Fuel & your Cobra

As you may be aware the current grade of petrol has recently changed in the UK to E10. E10 has been used in mainland Europe for some time & there have not been any major problems reported with its use in lawn mowers & garden tools.

We would however recommend the following to prolong the life of your Cobra:

• At the end of the season, or if you're not going to use your Cobra for a long period of time, drain or run the fuel tank dry
• If you're using E10 use Briggs & Stratton Fuel Fit additive
• You can always opt for Premium Unleaded fuel
