The Mercia 4ft x 4ft Snug Wooden Playhouse has been designed to provide the perfect place for children to enjoy hours of safe fun. This wooden playhouse is one of our most popular and has been awarded the EN71 Safety Certificate due to its design and safety features.
The quaint Georgian style window is pre-fitted for safety during construction and feature sash framing to ensure the styrene remains firmly in place. The small footprint and petite sizing of this playhouse make it the perfect adventure for smaller children.
Manufactured here in the UK, using sustainably sourced and regulated timber, this playhouse is constructed using quality materials to ensure a strong and weatherproof build. The walls of this wendy house have been constructed using high quality interlocking shiplap tongue and groove cladding for a robust and durable build, with the interlocking design preventing water ingress and creating a rigid structure. The roof and floor are made from quality solid sheet board material, constructed of several layers of compacted orientated strands.
Robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside detailed instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure a simple, stress free assembly process. This kid’s outdoor playhouse is supplied unpainted, allowing for personal customisation to suit any theme desired.
This building comes with a 10 year Anti-rot guarantee. This ensures your building looks great and stands the test of time. Just make sure to treat your building annually with a wood preservative and a waterproof top coat & your guarantee will be good to go!
