Your V-TUF machine comes with a full 1 years warranty that covers all parts of the machine (excluding any parts deemed as consumables) both for parts and labour.
How the warranty works: If you have a problem with the machine during the first 28 days, please report the issue to Cleanstore through your account. After this period the warranty is undertaken by V-TUF & as such you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to find the location of a local repair centre.
