dont know how this product could be classed as regraded,it was brand new boxed in original packaging at a very very competitive price,very helpfull friendly sales staff kept up to date by email regarding delivery at all times.would have no hesitation buying from cleanstore again.dont know how they could have done anything more to improve the buying experience.
