It actually worked
After trying everything except to call out a drain expert to clear the blockage that does cost . The only other option to consider and left to explore and would be cheaper overall (no call out charges etc) and also utilise the Nilfisk pressure washer was to simply purchase an additional accessory - this drain cleaner hose. Best decision made. Within a few minutes the blockage was cleared . 15m hose length is ideal incase you have long drains that are blocked and out of reach. For less than fifty quid a no brainier!
So if you already have the pressure washer, or are buying one- purchase this additional item for unblocking drains with ease.
I have the premium 180 Nilfisk.

Does the job
I was going to rate this disappointing, I struggled on my first attempt to unblock my driveway drain that was blocked with sand. I spent a few few hours trying to unblock without success and I wasn't convinced that the drain cleaner pipe was moving forward as details described. The next day I tried again and yes I did manage to unblock my drain and yes the pipe did move forward with the water pressure,so yes for the money I do recommend this product, definitely a lot cheaper than calling in a professional. My pressure washer is a Nilfisk E160. So I don't know if will work as good on lower pressure models

Very Good
Does the job. Backward facing jets help forwards movement, but take care that they don't spray in your face as you withdraw the hose!

Worth the money
Bought to have a go at clearing a drain blocked with soil rather than paying someone else to come and do it. Was straight forward and did the job. Glad I purchased this.

Drain cleaner
Excellent service and great product spotless drains for the first time in 15 years. Took so much scale off I had to rod the pipes , this shouldn’t happen again with regular cleaning.
