For dilution at 1 part to 10 parts of water - this HG product is ideal for preparing surfaces prior to painting - eliminates need for sanding surfaces, cleans and degreases.
May also be used for general cleaning of dirty paintwork at a lesser dilution - removes nicotine deposits and general dirt.
