The first in a new generation of EGO rear handle chainsaws, the CSX5000 meets the needs of professional users who need a ground saw to complete the toughest jobs.Balance is a key focus of the new design, ensuring the saw can be used for longer periods. At a chain speed of 30m/s the saw provides the power and speed comparable to established petrol saws.
The CSX5000 utilises full chisel chains making cutting fast and efficient – with enough power to drive the 50cm chain to perform at its best. The saw also features a new display screen that clearly shows oil level, battery capacity and adjustable speed.
The EGO CSX5000 (Bare) is supplied without a battery & charger. It is compatible with all EGO 56v Arc Lithium™ batteries.

Ego are so confident in the performance of their tools that this product carries a full five year domestic use warranty when you register here within 30 days of purchase. This warranty only covers defects arising under normal usage and does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and excessive exposure to water or rain), accidents, modification, alteration, neglect or lack of proper installation and improper maintenance or storage. This warranty will also not cover parts or consumable accessories subject to wear & tear during use. Inclusive batteries are covered by a 3 year warranty when the machine is registered with Ego within 30 days of purchase.
How the warranty works: If you have a problem with the machine during the first 28 days, please report the issue to Cleanstore through your account and we will replace your product by return. After this period the warranty is undertaken by Ego & as such you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to report a warranty issue.
