The Einhell GC-SA 1231/1 Electric Aerator & Scarifier is a powerful and reliable combined device for aerating and scarifying small to mid sized lawns up to 300m².
Featuring a high power 1200w motor that drives the 31cm working width, this lawn scarifier & aerator delivers a strong torque for continuous working progress, making it ideal for fast removal of unwanted moss, thatch, weeds and other debris leaving more room for your grass to grow. This improves water, feed and oxygen penetration that results in better quality, stronger roots.
Scarifying is a process perhaps best described as a mechanical raking of the lawn, its primary purpose is to remove thatch and moss although it has associated benefits as well. With 8 high-quality double blades, the Einhell ball bearing mounted scarifying drum removes weeds, thatch and moss thoroughly, including the roots.
As well as the scarifying drum, the Einhell GC-SA 1231/1 comes complete with a ball bearing mounted, bladed aerator that features 42 high quality claws. The main reason for aerating is to alleviate soil compaction. Compacted soils have too many solid particles in a certain volume or space, which prevents proper circulation of air, water and nutrients within the soil. The GC-SA 1231/1 is the perfect machine for breaking down compacted soil and producing a healthier, more vibrant lawn.
The Einhell GC-SA 1231/1 is hand propelled for complete user freedom with working width of 31cm / 12" and an adjustable working height range of 9mm (3 depth settings), while debris is collected in a 28L grass bag. The machine is equipped with a robust housing made of high-quality, shock-resistant plastics & it's foldable handle will allow for compact, space-saving storage after use.
