I had no idea but suspected a good quality Steam Cleaner could make a good clean of a Kitchen and all within including oven and floor SOOO much easier. OK I spent 2 days on it but I really enjoyed the job as it was not too onerous beacuse the steam made work "easy". I definately did more than I would have done otherwise and noe feel that I could eat off ANY surface. I did buy a shed load of accessories including the window cleaning tool and I did the windows also - brilliant. Note - it can't do everything "on it's own" as you do need to give a helping hand to some deep seated grime BUT the early grunt of such jobs is more than handeled by the steam. Good old wire wool and muscle does the rest as I would have had to do to mostly all I tackled. The cost seems a lot but you have to balance that against results and your willingness to tackle what overwise would be awful cleaning tasks. So, on a HUGE balance in favour I fully recommend this steam cleaner. No major headaches putting it together or in use - dead easy and storage seems good too - made a space specifically for it and I see it now as an essential household tool. The wife loves it beacuse I'm so keen and thus I sort of have shot myself in the foot as now ALL such tasks fall soley on me from now on. No problem, she makes great grub and leaves me to my man cave when I want to play with my mates. Enjoy folks.

Amazing cleaner ,previously purchased a vax ,it was half the price but useless,this steamer was worth every penny ,I thought my house was clean and i couldn't believe the dirt this removed,so easy to use I can't recommend this enough just buy one
