Overall a good entry level carpet cleaner. Essentially it is a larger 'George' and has similar vac motors and pump. It would be well suited for smaller business's with synthetic low cut commercial pile carpets. When used with a good pre spray and extraction liquid it works adequately well with a little effort from the user. Emptying the waste tank and filling can be frustrating though due to the inherent nature of the 'tank in tank'. The fresh solution tank sits inside the waste tank and when pulled out will drip dirty water onto the floor, so use a ground sheet or dust sheet. Also the fresh tank has a small fill hole so you will need a good funnel. In all honesty, you're not going to get better without forking out at least double the price.
