I purchased this patio cleaner to clean a large area of sandstone paving. Some shady areas get very slippery during the winter.
I used the T-racer with a K5 power washer, it was very effective and quick without the mess of using the lance alone. Much less hard work than scrubbing with a broom, the hovercraft effect makes it very easy to move the cleaner from slab to slab

I really did not know what to expect from this product but I was pleasantly surprised. It seems to use far less water than the 'lance alone' jetting process and creates far less mess. At least I didnt spends ages washing down the walls of the house and the patio doors. Its fast, efficient and I cant wait to use it again.

I have used just a power lance in the past on tough areas of algae and moss on a large shaded north facing patio and various garden paths..
This kit cut the time for the job by-I kid you not- something like 90!Very little collateral mess on conservatory and porch windows.
The finished result is as close to that using the lance as makes no difference but the saving in time, water and power used makes this purchase probably the best outdoor maintenance product I`ve ever bought.

I owned a T50 which was looking a little tired so plumped for a new one and went for this one as the cost was good and I wanted a newer model also. I have now had a chance to use it and have to say this is 10 times better than the T50(which I thought was good anyway). The 300 has a much larger surface area and was so easy to use with being comfortable as well. Overall a great bit of kit which I am really pleased with. Used on a large front driveway and also on a panel van for the larger areas and roof, combined with jet spray for overall clean.

I thought this product was wonderful.I did a large area of brick paving in a quarter of the time I usually take and didn't make the nasty mess that the ordinary pressure washers make.It was a bit tricky to fit onto my old style Karcher 310 but now I've done it once I shall know better next time.It removed all the nasty green algea stains and I didn't need to use chemicals which was the icing on the cake.Couldn't comment on the reliability as I've only just got it

Bought my second jet washer as the first one developed a serious leak at the pump. All reviews suggested that it was NOT a DIY repair and should be done by the manufacturer at great expense - hence the replacement.
Very pleased with the Karcher model - beats all other models, as I have tried them all - and does an excellent job but watch ouit for the telltale water leak as it is costly.

Excellent product !! I have two patios and with a lance, it takes a whole day to clean each. With the T-300 T-Racer, I cleaned both in one morning without the mess and wet clothes after using a lance.The effort involved is minimal.

Most useful gadget, saving all the splashing of just using a lance, although the cleaning of my patio slabs is not as thorough as with the lance as the water pressure is not as great, being distributed over wider nozzles. Just takes a little longer to do the cleaning, but well worth it.
