What is the difference between the SC2500 & SC2600CB with Steam Iron? These two units are identical except the following:

• The Karcher SC2600 has a socket at the front to remove the hose, this has the advantage of been able to replace the hose as a consumable . It also means the unit can use an iron. 
• This 2600 bundle is also supplied with the Karcher Steam Iron, which can save up to 50% on traditional methods.

The Karcher SC2600CB Steam Cleaner is for those who will use a steam cleaner on a more frequent basis. The main step in functionality is the ability to clean non-stop with the twin tank system. This eradicates the down time when you run out of water with a normal steam cleaner. This can waste 20 minutes or more as you wait for the steam cleaner to cool allowing for the safety valve to open. Combine this with the fill time and re-heat and you have quite a delay! The Karcher SC2500 Steam Cleaner has two tanks, the first a removable easy fill (0.8L) tank, and second, the fixed (0.5L) tank. This is filled on a continuous basis by the removable tank.

Hint & Tips:

If you use a Microfibre cloth you should not use detergent when machine washing them.
