Ordered item at 10:05am Friday, it was delivered Monday at 07:45am. There was a problem with the free sample of detergent in the sealed carton so rang Karcher who asked for proof of purchase. I scanned the invoice and emailed it. Karcher refused to help because they had assumed from the low price that it was a refurbished machine. One call to Cleanstore and the problem was solved.
As of today BQ price is £239.95, Cleanstore £149.95 delivered. What more could you ask?

It came with all the hosepipe connections, all I needed was a plug and a reinforced hosepipe. The fact that I was able to replace my aged hosepipe connections with the new ones supplied was very helpful. Add this to the excellent service provided in supplying the washer and at an excellent price. The pressure washer itself does what it says it does easily and well.

I bought this as a replacement for my Karcher 520M which has given up working after 10 years. I am very happy with the product and the accessories provided within the bundle. My attachments from my 520m also work with the K4 which is great! Ordering the washer was easy on the website and the washer arrived 2 days after I placed the order.
