Haven't used this in anger yet, but it will make the usual chores of washing the car, cleaning a large area on block paving and the conservatory much more enjoyable. Previously having to carry the K4, water supply, electric supply and the standard hose around whenever you move around your area to clean, this makes it a joy as for all my jobs know I plant the K4 in position and work. Only drawback is the hose tends to coil up, maybe when it gets a bit warmer this may improve. Bit expensive for what it is but probably is worth it removing the tangle factor from the essential domestic chores

Second purchase of 10 Mtr hose - The others have worn out BUT did a lot of work washing blocks of flats. A bit prone to damage due to kinking of the hose but in all a great tool for the job.

For a length of pipe very expensive. Karcher have simply added a screw on adaptor to the basic hose and charged customers silly money for the privilege. Someone should sell just the adaptors and save us all money but being the latest oval connector we are stuck and Karcher have probably patented the design. Rant over..... It does what is said on the box and connecting the 10 metre extension to the standard 6 metre hose gives 16 metres. Enough length to leave the machine in one place and get most jobs done. Rubber is more like plastic so keeps twisting - Karcher should examine the compound and try and make it like the original hose - softer rubber would mean less twists. This is just an irritant but would make using it easier.

If you are looking for a long extension for the new range of Karcher pressure washers with the new type of fitting (oval and not round) then this is it! It works perfectly and is a genuine Karcher part and much less expensive that posted on other sites. BUT i'll always be dissapointed in the cost of genuine after market Karcher parts but buyer beware, buy cheap buy twice!!! All those in BQ dont fit!!!!
