Arrrived when they said it would, the 2 different heads are brilliant for carpet and lino and are great for picking up animal hair, easy to use and a lot quieter than an upright vacuum cleaner. Would thoroughly recommend this product 1010.

Forgot how good this machine was had one about 13 years ago but bought dysons ever since but now seems that the dysons are not as good as they use to be think Henry is better than them without a doubt

Had a vax, dyson and G-wiz in the past and this beats them all especially when it comes to pet hairs on tiled floors.

have had a dyson and found it poor in conparason to this machine, wish we had bought it years ago what a pleasure to used.

Perfect iv had a Dyson previosu wasn't to impressed for the amount of money but I have to say this henry is amazing picks everything up. Best hoover iv had in a long time . Brilliant for money would reccomend . Dog hair no trouble for this hoover

I have just used this Hoover once but it wasn't as nosey as expecting and I only used the normal head not the one for pets hairs and it picked up really well I can't comment on reliability as just got it but so far so good

After having a a number of different vacuum cleaners over the years they all seem to suffer with the one same problem, ie as soon as the filters start to clog up then they lose suction power. It only takes a few cleans of the carpets for this to happen. The Henry Xtra does not appear to suffer from this problem. The suction is amazing and cleans great. Not quite as easy to use as an upright cleaner but well worth the little extra effort. The tools included seem to cover all cleaning needs and it is great value for money, Would definitely recommend.

Afraid Henry won't move your furniture while you vacuum, but fancy doing your whole house without the hassle of unplugging? Upstairs and downstairs in one hit? No need to balance Henry halfway up the stairs either, the tube reaches the whole way. I'm pleased. You know he'll last for ages and emptying him will be a rare occasion. The price is good too for all the extra kit. The airo brush thing works best on longer carpet because short carpets it can suction to and then the brush stops, a bit of movement and it seems ok though. Only had it for a couple of weeks so time will tell if it can handle long hair in the carpet, but I'm hopeful and certainly can't complain given the good price. Overall, I'm a happy bunny

This product is perfect. Having 2 dogs I needed a vacuum cleaner that would be great with pet hair. This is fantastic. I would never buy another type of cleaner again. Great on carpets and hard floors

I am so pleased with this product, my old cleaner was twice the price and half as efficient. So many attachments too! I can also thoroughly recommend Cleanstore they are a brilliant company, prices excellent, service and delivery second to none. Would definitely use them again

Great Hoover fiddly with stairs but will buy extension hose then it. Will be perfect.lots of tools still don't know what they all do!excellent price.Will buy again.
