Excellent product and makes life so much easier. Would never go back to a manual reel now. Karcher quality is evident as well and looks very sturdy and robust.

Only issue I had is the Karcher logos on each side where upside down. I pulled the panels off and swapped sides and put them right.

did all the research on retractable hoses, narrowed it down to 3,but decided to go with Karcher, because their engineering in this field is second to none.German designed and built. Have a Karcher pressure washer, and that too is awsome
