Firstly Cleanstore have to be commended as I had problems with the delivery of this pressure washer. Basically it had to be exchanged. This was achieved without any fuss. The Customer Service Staff have been brilliant in communicating with Karcher, regarding another matter. The pressure washer kit was well packed and as far as I can tell, at this time, performs as expected. The quality of the items is typical of Karcher. Obviously further use will indicate how well the pressure washer will stand up to continued use. It's a top of the range item that should prove itself over the next few years.
