Your Kärcher Domestic Machine comes with a comprehensive 1 year parts and labour manufacturers' warranty. This covers the body of the machine and all accessories (excluding any parts deemed as consumables).

In the first 28 days the warranty is handled by Cleanstore, you can call us on 01293 778737 or email us at warranty@cleanstore.co.uk and we will arrange for any replacement required.

After the 1st 28 days Kärcher deals with all possible warranty issues on domestic machines through a wide network of service centres through out the UK. Please give us a call if you need any further information.
